Weigh In Delay...

For those who read here who were with me on the old weight-loss boards, this post will be “earth-shattering”....ok, maybe not that dramatic but it is a big deal.

I'm considering switching....to a Monday weigh in....((GASP)).  I know, I know, I've been weighing in on Fridays for 7 years (even during pregnancy lol).

Why would I want to make such a drastic change?  Well, it's two fold.  One, the weekends are the most difficult for me to stay on track with my eating plan.  Having a Monday weigh in may force me to be more aware of what I'm eating.  Two, over at One Weigh they step on the scales on Mondays.  I've mentioned that I've had trouble making sure I eat enough during the week and while this may sound bizarre, I think this shift might be just what I need to help shift an old mindset.  So, maybe it's three fold, I don't know.

I've said all of this to say, I won't be weighing in today - come back on Monday and I'll share then ;o)  In all honesty, with all the changes (eating more), I'm just praying I don't gain lol.
