This morning's trip to the scale had me down 2.4 lbs this week. I also took out my measuring tape and got my current numbers that way also....ack! It isn't pretty. I compared them to when I was at goal and I have a ways to go. At least I know where I'm at though.
I also compared my measurements to the ones I jotted down just before beginning my plan and between my chest, waist, hips and thigh I've lost 15.5cm total - with just over half of that being just my waist! Want to hear the ironic part? I weigh almost exactly what I did when I started the program (remember I had a two week derailment while we moved and gained an astronomical amount in a short time). What this tells me is that I have put on some muscle - woohoo!
