Down 1 this week. This is ridiculously slow. Why can I gain 5 lbs after one day of eating junk but drop only one lb after a week of eating good? A bit irritated this morning that my hubby (whose not really trying to lose weight) is losing it faster than I am. Sure, I'm happy for him, I just wish my efforts paid off like his.
Now, I need to not let my disappointment sabatage me this next week.
