Three Month Challenge

A girlfriend called me yesterday and announced that she has gained 25 pounds without realizing it.  She's getting married after the first of the year and wanted to know if I might be interested in a “challenge”.  Knowing that I need something to motivate me to get this extra weight off, I agreed.

My end of challenge date will be Dec. 18th and hers is Dec 14th.  She's weighing in today but I'm not weighing till Sunday.  The goal?  To try to drop 30 pounds in three months.  I guess I'll track on here.  Seems like as good a place as any.

I've already finished my cardio workout this morning (plus a few crunches).  Planning to do Pilates before bed, although today is to be a busy day so we'll see.

Yum..... All Bran, a Protein Shake & a tall glass of water to start the day!
