Setting Weekly Goals

With the start of the 2005-2006 school year looming, I need to get back in the habit of setting weekly goals.  When I review the upcoming week on Sunday and determine what I want to get done, it's amazing how much I accomplish that week.  This summer has been more about “putting out fires” than “moving forward”.

So, in the spirit of re-creating positive habits, here's my list for this week:

  • Another chapter in my James study.
  • Trip to the library.
  • Finalize a school supply list and hopefully go shopping.
  • Trip to the fabric store.
  • Sew a nap mat for preschooler and ready her things for next week.
  • Set up written and electronic grade books.
  • Finish my PB ms - this is done but wanted to add it since it's something I've already worked on this week lol.
  • Begin trying to flip my sleep schedule back around.
  • Set up school room.

Ok, I think that's plenty for now.  Hopefully I'll get at least half of it accomplished.
