...Precious Lamb of God!

Oh Jesus My Jesus, Savior of all men, show me your Holy face.
Let me gaze upon you, that every feature I may trace.
Your glory is blinding to these eyes and yet I know you still.
For when my life was empty, the void I let you fill.
Oh Sovereign Lord reign here, let your light flow through me.
Not my face they look upon, but yours is what they'll see.
Your breath is life giving.  Thy arm is never too short to save.
To quicken those who were dead and pull them from their grave.
Thy hand is a cup of judgment to all the wicked ones.
Thine eyes are upon us always watching o'er your daughters and sons.
Your nail scarred hands and feet tell all to vividly the price you paid
For how could we doubt your love when such compassion you displayed.
This may not be what others see or what they have been shown.
But this is the Jesus in my heart, the Jesus that I have known.
