Well, the time has come for me to begin planning my next session.  The last one was pretty trying so it's not with excitement that I begin the process this time.  I'm guessing I'll have to go at it without software again since I got distracted and forgot to do the research.

I am planning to try out new recipes that I hope will be even healthier than the ones I've been doing.  I'll keep some of the old favorites but most of it will be new.  I haven't decided on my shop/prep/assemble dates yet but it needs to be sometime in the next two weeks.  Of course, like usual, I'll track my progress out here but if I go quiet for a few days...you'll know why lol.
