Have you wanted to participate in a group Bible study but haven’t had the opportunity for whatever reason?

 

Several months ago Lauren, of Created for His Glory, and I tossed around doing a Beth Moore study together online after the first of the year but we didn’t go any further than throwing the idea out there.  Recently Lauren has extended an invitation to the entire blogosphere to join in Beth Moore’s online study, Living Beyond Yourself.  (Thank you Lauren for coordinating this!)  If you’ve never completed one of her studies, you really are missing out.  She has a knack for bringing the Bible to life like no other teacher I know.

 We will begin on Monday, March 27th.  If you would like to participate, see Lauren’s post (link above) and let her know (or you can tell me and I'll pass it along).  She’s compiling a list of participants and you’ll find additional information on how we plan to make this work in a “blog setting”.  Beth Moore’s studies include a weekly video and 5 days of “homework”.   This particular study is 11 weeks long so be prepared for the duration. 

Don’t have a blog?  That’s alright :o)  You can still join in the study.  Just let me know you would like to participate before our start date on March 27th.  E-mail me via my “contact” link at the right with your name and e-mail address.  Then, feel free to discuss each week via my feedback/comments.  Weekly discussion posting appears to be scheduled for Friday or Saturday.

 

At the moment we have 14 women who plan to participate.  Links to their blogs will be provided right here each week when I post about that week’s lesson.  This will give you the opportunity to see what others are learning throughout the study.
