Women! (I've got a good man lol.)

As I've mentioned more than a few times on this blog, I am trying to get back into shape.  Since October of last year I have been on one wild ride in this area and while I haven't really achieved "getting in shape", I have learned a great deal about the process, myself and so on.  Back in May I mentioned a New Plan I felt the Holy Spirit was laying on my heart to help me re-gain some self-control over food.  I mentioned that I hoped to share it soon.  Well, soon is closer than it was in May lol.  With a two week delay toward the end (due to moving) I gained back what I lost on it but, I did finally complete the six week plan and am now "working it" (hence the 3.8lb loss this week).  Having completed Part one, it is time for me to move on to Part two.

Part two of this plan includes others.  I really believe God wants me to help someone else with what I've learned.  To be exact, I believe He wants me to begin by helping two other ladies move through the six week program.  Why two?  Well, because that's the number He gave me and He must feel that's all I can handle at once lol.  I've questioned even doing this because I am still so very far from my goal.  However, the conviction is still very strong from when this was first laid on my heart in May.  So, I am posting to ask each of you to begin praying about it.  You may not struggle with food but there are ladies out there who do and this may be exactly what they need so feel free to share it.

I will need to select two women soon to "coach" through the program.  I use "coach" in the very loosest sense because I will continue to learn right along with them.  Yes, there will be guidelines.  No, they do not have to be bloggers.  Yes, it requires a commitment.  And NO, it is NOT a quick fix.  If you're thinking, "I need this!" then please prayerfully consider applying when I post the details in the next week.  If you'd like for me to send you the information as soon as I have it, you may contact me via the contact link to the right and let me know of your request.
