The queen reigneth again!  Need I say more?  Erik wasn't surprised, he figured I'd win just based on getting in more exercise this week.  However.....I also stuck to my food plan and dropped me some serious lbs this week - HooYah!  (Sorry, the airforce chick in me will never die).  Erik dropped some too and I'm proud of both of us for doing so well.  In the end though, someone must win the week and someone must do nightly kitchen duty/lunches......glad I'm not the latter this week ;o)
