Goals: October 15th – October 21st

Last week was long and it was work.  My main focus was freezer cooking and then I spent the other time working on organizing, purging, cleaning.  Erik went out of town for Tech Fest.  I’ve delayed my “official” weigh in until today, although I’m not sure how I feel about a Monday weigh in.  It just seems so unnatural.  I’ve been charting my weight daily but I really don’t consider it “official” except for once a week lol.  That may sound nuts but it’s the way my brain works otherwise I’d stress about the day to day fluctuations.  Since I started eating more during the week (which was necessary as I was only eating about half what I should have), my daily weigh ins went up for a time this past week.  They are beginning to level out and even come down some which is good.  Of course, I’m still up from last Friday by 1.8 lbs.  I had a good cry about that this morning and am trying to move on.  Hopefully next week my body will have gotten over the shock I’ve put it through and start working more efficiently.
