Goals: March 26th – April 1st

I'm not weighing officially this week until tomorrow so I'll update the numbers here then.  Tomorrow marks the end of the first 12 weeks.  Now that I think about it, I should probably have waited another week and then just done "first quarter assessment".  So far this week I've gained weight (which I totally do not deserve).  Lovely Monthly is here and she brought along plenty of water retention.

I've started my March freezer cooking session but I'm not finished yet.  I hope to finish up today and once I do I'll write about it.  Well, I'm in a rather bad mood today - fighting all kinds of demons - and this merry-go-round keeps speeding up.  After the freezer cooking session is finished, I need to working on revamping my FlyLady lists.  Some things don't apply anymore.  I need to restructure them some also.  Oh and last week I did get up one morning early lol.  Hopefully I can increase that this week.
