I didn’t want to weigh this week because the monthly visitor arrived early and before weigh in but I did.  I was down slightly so I guess that’s better than nothing.  We started our spring break last week and so any writing and most cleaning took a back seat to other activities.  We visited a local fire station on Tuesday and then spent a few days at the park later in the week.  We practiced baseball/softball, walked, played on the playground and visited some animals – the kids really enjoyed it.

 

One of my sisters went into labor on Friday, was sent home, went back to the hospital on Saturday and delivered in the wee hours of Sunday morning.  After we took the kids by to see their newest cousin we surprised them with a day at Six Flags.  They have never been and the excitement was through the roof.  We had a wonderful time at the theme park.  Even J (almost 2) got to ride quite a few things.  L(8) & K(6) rode their first adult roller coaster and the jury is still out on whether they really liked it or not lol.  We came home tired but smiling.  They want to go back again soon.

 

So, my house may not be spotless (far from it actually) but last week was all about fun, fun, fun!  We have another week or so off of lessons so I’m not sure how much I’ll actually accomplish on this week’s list either.
