LOL – a whole lot of “no” last week. It’s no secret that I was feeling pretty awful last week. I’m still entertaining some discomfort but I think I’m on the mend. We had a lot going on last week despite not feeling well. So, I did what had to be done and when I was trying to “rest”, I read. It was difficult to get in my step count this week because I did almost no walking the first three days of the week.
It’s time to do another freezer cooking session. I can’t believe it’s been about a month already! I did the planning last week and hope to be done with the rest of the session by Wednesday morning. Part of the kids lessons will revolve around helping with this. Thankfully they enjoy it lol. Erik really likes the freezer cooking – so much that while I was gone on Friday he purchased a small chest freezer for the garage (we were running out of space in the house). Now when he calls on his way home from work, the question “what’s for dinner” is almost fun to answer.
