Goals: Mar 12th – Mar 18th

Weigh in did not go well.  I know there will be weeks like that but seeing it happen is still somewhat discouraging.  I am upping my average steps goal this week and hope it’s not too difficult to get in the added steps. 

 

This is our last week of our Spring Break and I would like to get a great deal accomplished.  Since we’re having such warm weather, I need to change out the kids clothing again (feel like I just did this).  I would also like to sort through about 5 boxes of “misc stuff” and either get rid of it or find a place for it.

 

Laundry piled up last week because other things took priority so I need to get that caught up (which will help with changing out the seasonal clothing).  If I can get my tail out of bed on time I could gain about 2 hours a day to accomplish all of this.  As you can see, I don’t have time to be sitting here typing out this post so I'm going to go get busy lol. 

 

Current week

o       PRIORITY! Operation “Early Riser”

o       Exercise 3 times

o       Average 7K steps/day

o       Drink a min. ave. of 64 oz of water/day

o       Change out kids clothing (summer/winter)

Exercise –minimum average of 3 days a week (156 days total);

Weightloss – lose an average of 1lb per week.  Since I actually have more to lose than last year, I think it’s safe to say I need to and can lose at least 52 lbs.

Scrapbooking – Complete Family Album through 2005.  Scrap 2006 as the year progresses so it is completely scrapped by the end of January 2007.  Complete all Kids’ albums through 2002.  Complete Family Christmas Album through 2002. 

 

Reading – Average one book per month (12 total titles).
