I did not even set goals for last week (or the week before I suppose).  Unless of course “packing” is a goal – if that’s the case I was a goal keepin’ machine!  We arrived in Kansas last night and will be working to get settled the next few days (might take me longer than a few days since I’m so worn out).  I’m not sure that I’ll track much of anything this week but if I do it will be what’s below.  I’m really looking forward to getting back into some sort of routine.  My eating has fallen off the wagon (grab ‘n’ go has been the menu).  With exercise though, I’ve gotten in more than my share (and have the sore muscles to prove it).

Anyway, we’re beat and looking for a bit of peace and quiet for a while.
