It's a new year, we have new goals and it's time to start working it! The next few weeks (to a month) could be weird for us. Erik is in MD and we're still in KS. He's trying to secure a place for us to relocate to and when he does, we'll be "on the road again"....yes, I sang it as I typed. My main goals this week are fairly simple....continue working out, drinking my water and eating great....AND resume our lessons. We took a pretty long hiatus and now it's time to get back in the swing of things. I figure we'll stop again for about a week when we relocate but we need to get some structure back in our days while we wait.
If you notice that "6" out beside "geocache in three states", that's because on his way to MD, Erik snagged caches in six states - wowzers! I'm counting it since it's part of our family geocaching goals. Last week I did great with my "Reclaim my body" goals and as you can see, the scale showed it. One week down in my little "bootcamp" - on to week two!
