Goals: Jan 22nd - Jan 28th

I did pitifully with getting up on time.  I feel good about how the scale is moving down but I really need that early morning time to get my day kicked off.  We are almost completely caught up with our lessons.  It’s not that important that we stay on the schedule I’ve outlined but if we can, I’d like for us to try.  I ended up with J’s stomach bug Sunday morning.  Of course, that’s the day we picked to go grocery shopping for our freezer meal adventure.  It was also raining all day Sunday (which we desperately needed – praise the Lord!)  I spent much of the day in bed trying not to move (motion seemed to set off the heaves).

 

I am feeling better this morning, although not 100%.  I’m just glad this didn’t hit on Saturday.  Saturday night was “salvation night” in children’s.  I love coaching on those nights.  I have no idea how many kids accepted Christ in our service overall, but I know of nine for sure in my small group.  Two of the kids in my group were first time visitors.  I’m so glad I didn’t have to miss that.

 

Well, here’s my goal week break-down:

 

Current week

o       Resume! Operation “Early Riser”

o       Exercise 3 times

o       Drink a min. ave. of 64 oz of water/day

o       My FlyLady Lists

o       Freeze 2 weeks worth of dinners

o       Close out 2nd semester grades/print reports

o       Catch up Christmas Greetings Album (thru 2005)

o       Finish out another square on quilt

 

Last week

o       Continue Operation “Early Riser” - [no, need a new plan of attack]

o       Exercise 3 times - [yes]

o       Drink a min. ave. of 64 oz of water/day - [yes, ave. 70.3/day]

o       My FlyLady Lists - [not perfect, but the house is taking shape again]

o       Continue Lessons (trying to catch up a bit from the extra time off) - [yes]

o       Finish out one square on quilt - [yes]

o       Mail out my latest pb ms - [found my notes, need to make a few alterations]

 

Annual Goals

Exercise –minimum average of 3 days a week (156 days total);

Water - Aim for between one half gallon and a gallon each day (between 23,360 and 46,720 ounces total)

Weightloss – lose an average of 1lb per week.  Since I actually have more to lose than last year, I think it’s safe to say I need to and can lose at least 52 lbs.

Quilting – Complete wall hanging quilt in front room. (9 squares to finish quilting)

Scrapbooking – Complete Family Album through 2005.  Scrap 2006 as the year progresses so it is completely scrapped by the end of January 2007.  Complete all Kids’ albums through 2002.  Complete Family Christmas Album through 2002.  Keep Christmas Greetings Album caught up.

 

Reading – Average one book per month (12 total titles).

Journal – Average 3 personal journal entries a week for 2006 (156 entries total).  At least find old written journals lol.
