Weigh in was good this week despite weighing a day early.  Erik and I had a date Thursday night (for my birthday) and I did not want to worry about calories.  My focus last week was one of a personal nature.  I went “dark” (any 24 watchers out there?) for almost four days and it proved to be a much needed rest period.  God is incredible!

 

I did do another round of “freezer cooking” and currently have 22 dinners, 16 homemade pie crusts, granola bars and kids snack mix in my freezer - woohoo.  I find myself opening the freezer just to peek at all that work lol.

 

Well, I just realized I hadn’t posted this week’s goal breakdown so I popped out here to do it quickly.  My “Weekend Recovery” cleaning is kicking my tail this Monday morning – I’d best get back to work!
