Goals: Feb 12th – Feb 18th

I decided not to weigh Friday with the lovely “visitor” in town.  She brought far more baggage than need be and I felt it wouldn’t be an accurate assessment of where I am.  I did make some serious headway on the quilt though.

 

Some things I need to work harder on this week are the obvious “early riser” thing, and upping my journal entries, steps, water and clean eating.  I almost made it up this morning but I need to take my allergy meds earlier.  I WILL get up tomorrow morning on time.  I need to do 30 days straight to make it a habit so prayerfully tomorrow will be “day one” as I start my count all over again.

 

I did step on the scale this morning and I'm up a bit (which isn’t unusual on Mondays).  It’s not bad and I think I can get rid of that plus some extra this week if I really monitor my eating and finish flushing out lovely “visitor” water retention.  If time allows I may start on some projects for the girls’ room but we’ll see.  I'm still trying to decide what book I want to read for March - considering finishing out the Mitford series but we'll see as there are a couple of other titles I'm interested in as well.  So, here’s to a good upcoming week!

Scrapbooking – Complete Family Album through 2005.  Scrap 2006 as the year progresses so it is completely scrapped by the end of January 2007.  Complete all Kids’ albums through 2002.  Complete Family Christmas Album through 2002. 

 

Reading – Average one book per month (12 total titles).
