Whew – what a week!  It took longer to finish my freezer cooking session than I was expecting so I didn’t get to everything on my list last week.  I ended up cooking more than I planned originally.  The good news is that I shouldn’t have to do it again for over a month – wooohoo!  Upon completing the session I now have stored 39 dinner entrees, 14 pie crusts, 2 apple pie fillings and one whole cheesecake in my freezers :o)

 

I’ve lost my pedometer – I don’t know how because I know I was wearing it, I went to check it and it wasn’t there.  I hope J(2) didn’t find it and hide it somewhere.  I’m not thrilled but I’m also not sure I’m going to buy another one.  I tried Erik’s but his doesn’t seem to work (only counts like every 5th step – or not at all).

 

I twisted my knee/ankle chasing after the little ones at one of Kate’s softball games last week so exercise wasn’t a priority.  I did drink a lot of water and watched what I ate very carefully.
