You know how hotels usually aren't very conducive to adequate sleep. The room is either too cold or too hot (or alternates between both through the night) and the mattress and pillow aren't what we're used to. Add in a change in time zones and your sleep pattern will likely be wrecked.
I hardly slept while we were gone the first part of this week. So, since we've been home it's like my body has been desperately trying to catch up. Also, the alarm in our room has changed from beeping to music (not sure why) which tends to make me want to sleep instead of wake. So now I'm back to the struggle of getting up on time. I pray it won't be as difficult to shift back as it was to start. I'm still going to bed earlier than I was I'm just oversleeping in the morning.
I think I'm on day 26 or 27 (I'll have to look that up). I haven't done 30 days straight like I wanted to but I feel I've made a lot of progress toward forming this habit. I'll try to correct my alarm and get out of bed on time tomorrow.
