A Spot O' Tea

Water, water everywhere!  I typically have no problem whatsoever getting in plenty of water.  However, one can get sick of the stuff.  I'm trying to avoid most sugar substitutes because well...it's a man-made chemical.  That doesn't mean I never have a diet, caffeine free soda - I do, just not as much as I used to.  Before I went off caffeine, I would also drink coffee daily.  Now, without the caffeine “benefit”, coffee just doesn't appeal to me as much.

Recently I've rediscovered herbal tea.  I drank it while pregnant mainly but in the last couple of weeks I've started most mornings with a “spot o' tea”.  It's oddly refreshing and seems to suffice the need for my water to taste different for a bit.
