President Bush has selected Judge John Roberts.  I'm a member of OneMillionMoms & the American Family Association.  I've been requested to sign a “Petition of Fairness asking the Senate to give Judge Roberts a fair hearing, an up or down vote, and to do so by October 3 when the Supreme Court begins a new session.”  We are requesting that the Senate use the Ginsburg Standard in questioning Judge Roberts.
